Online Application

Please review our submission guidelines for information on eligibility, image submission and our jury process. We can jury directly from your website if you choose. Find show descriptions, booth prices, deadlines and other information through the image links for each show.

Applications are $30 for the first show, $20 for each additional show

Applications open now through September 5th 2025.

Eligibility and Guidelines

  • When we review your submissions, whether it's craft or fine art, we'll be looking at your design, technical skill, originality, diversity, and imagination.

  • Everything you submit needs to be 100% handmade and your original design. Just a heads-up: we can't accept anything that's been embellished, made from commercial kits, plans, or patterns. No imports, factory-made items, or mechanical/digital reproductions of work originally done in another medium either.

A Note on Jewelry & Booths

  • Planning to show jewelry? Please include a good number of images in your main submission, or simply send in a separate application just for your jewelry. And just so you know, each exhibitor is responsible for their own booth setup and making sure their display looks professional.

Website & Social Media Submissions

Good news! You can submit your website or social media for judging instead of five images. We actually prefer this since it gives us a more complete look at your work. If your site or social media features different styles or media, but you're only applying with one specific body of work, just let us know on the application form where it asks for image descriptions.

Image Submissions

If you'd rather submit images, we highly recommend uploading them through our online application. Please save them as uncompressed JPG files only. We suggest a size of 300dpi at around 5" x 7".

Good News for Returning Artists!

If you've applied to a Paradise City Arts show in the last five years and you're happy with the work you shared last time, you don't need to send in new images or descriptions. Just write "my images are on file" on your application form, and we'll take it from there.

If you've been busy creating new pieces and feel like they'd give us a better idea of your current artistic vibe (and you don't have a website or social media) then feel free to upload those new images.
